    Gli interventi riguardano il miglioramento del comportamento degli edifici nei confronti dei carichi sismici per i quali la struttura non risulta verificata a seguito dello studio statico e sismico della struttura esistente. L'intervento comprende inoltre la ristrutturazione delle facciate dei Blocchi “A-C-G” del IRCSS de Bellis che si intendono riportare in condizioni di sicurezza e di ordinarietà. Previa rimozione di tutto il rivestimento esistente si realizzerà un sistema con cappotto termico e intonaco armato.
