Guide of best practice for culture of innovationThe TT&IM group will develop a guide of best practice in order to deploy the culture of innovation in the research groups. Furthermore, it will review the invention report, conduct patent searches, and analyse the competitive technologies to determine the invention\'s commercialization potential. The evaluation process, which may lead to a broadening or refinement of the invention, will guide the setting up of a strategy focus on licensing to an existing company or creating a new business start-up.
