Analysis linking segmentation strategies and innovation support measures and assessing their efficiency, effectiveness, and potential biases towards certain SMEsAll the experts from the consortium and the subcontracted external expert will provide a first feedback analysis to the development agencies which have participated T2.2 and T2.3. The participants will validate the first analysis and will position and/or modulate their answers with the benchmark of the answers done by other participants. The analysis will focus on the assessment of the efficiency and effectiveness of the currently used approaches, the presence of biases towards certain types of SMEs and the ways to overcome them and the potential of including the SMEs that do not yet participate in innovation support schemes. The intra-regional comparison of the ap-proaches and exchange of experiences, as well as success and failure stories, alongside with the developed Key Performance Indicators will ensure that the analysis is thorough and complete.
