 Project objective

FlowForma is an Irish SME leading provider of Business Process Management (BPM) tools for Microsoft Office 365® developing BPM products that empower users to get work done, smarter and faster, on the familiar SharePoint platform, without any coding. FlowForma BPM-CDL has been conceived as the next generation of their award-winning FlowForma BPM (Business Process Management) that supports Collaborative Decision Learning (CDL). FlowForma BPM is a no-code, Microsoft Office 365 Add-In that enables business users and Heads of Departments to quickly and flexibly implement processes such as Human Resources (HR) on-boarding, new product development and clinical trials, making processes 10x more efficient and increasing productivity. Sitting on the SharePoint platform, the FlowForma BPM tool incorporates forms, workflow, document generation and decision making all in one place. FlowForma BPM-CDL functionalities will leverage the latest technologies of machine learning to assist decision-makers in considering different courses of thinking and learn from the decisions already taken. The goal is providing informed insights to aid the final decision process by learning from trends on business decisions over a given period of time. This will help reduce the risk of human errors and increase the efficacy of group decisions. FlowForma BPM-CDL will include new Digital Process Groups which will assist business end-users to maximize the efficacy of decisions (40%) and reduce human error (33%), while at the same time facilitating to increase process efficiency (10x) and productivity (50%). FlowForma BPM-CDL fits perfectly the market strategy of FlowForma, allowing us to reach outstanding market turnover figures during the period 2020-2024. Our initial estimated global sales in that period will reach a figure of €7.5 Million, obtaining a ROI of 1.148% and a CAGR of 63% in five years.
