Location detection, such as GPS technology, has made a tremendous impact on our everyday lives by supporting a wealth of applications in guidance, mapping and so forth. This is confirmed by the high growth of the GPS tracking device market (CAGR of 21% up to 2021 ), which is set to break $3.5Bn by 2019 . Nevertheless, in indoor environments, the usability of the GPS or equivalent satellite-based location systems is limited, due to the lack of line of sight and attenuation of GPS signals as they cross through walls. Indeed, precision of some 3.5 meters inside a commercial setting is useless with respect to tasks such as locating specific merchandise on a shelf.
The Pozyx Real Time Location System (RTLS) is an innovative, highly accurate (10cm error) tracking system for indoor environments. The system is robust, scalable and easy to deploy resulting in the most cost-effective tool for accurate indoor positioning. Pozyx RTLS is GPS for indoor environments. Thanks to our proprietary algorithms that leverages the Ultra-Wideband technology for unparalleled accurate positioning, the Pozyx RTLS is the first indoor position system to reach up to 10cm accuracy, making it between 10-50 times more accurate than existing solutions. The system is highly robust and able to perform in any harsh environment, whether it is a warehouse, a barn with thousands animals or a crowded retail store.
The oevrall objectives of the pozyx project include the development of an app for easy installation of the tags and anchors, together with large scale pilot tests.

Final results
the Pozyx RTLS brings to the market the best value for money solution - providing 10cm accuracy while remaining easy to install and scale up. Ease of use is a key USP, where other system require a costly installation, our system can be automatic calibrated which is unseen in the market. The impact of the project is wide and interests multiple vertical applications from warehousing to gaming.
