Participation in tailored training provided by MOSTraining about database structure and handling, based on MOS database in human body fluids and tissue data, including >35,000 samples from patients with different disease status. Predictive test for response to chemotherapy treatmentDevelopment of an algorithm-based predictive companion test to support BC clinical trials. Using as test case of data being available from treatment of BC patients with chemotherapeutic agents, the data will be further explored for predictive features related to the resistance or response to specific chemotherapeutic agents. The above “network -> pathway -> control nodes†approach will be employed for the identification of network components that regulate biological behaviour3, related to drug response.
