D2.1 Implementation Master Document

After the inDemand model implementation, was refined if recommended, the executive team will set on the calendar by negotiating the synchronized implementation of the 2 iterations, in each region and at consortium level. All the information will be gathered in an implementation Master document that will define the tasks, milestones, responsibilities of actors and stakeholders.

D2.2 The initial inDemand validation framework and the general guideline for data collection

A common data collection and feedback procedure will be established to ensure robust data collection and best knowledge sharing among work packages. All the relevant deployment data (e.g., implementation issues, lessons learned, best practices as well as quantitative validation data) will be collected for continuous monitoring and optimization. Protocols and templates for effective gathering of knowledge and insight will be also produced. A Knowledge-base will be designed to systematically collect and share the relevant information and knowledge.

D3.1 Challenge report of first inDemand model iteration

A report will include an analysis of all proposals submitted in the first challenge, including information on market availability for the proposed need, technical and business feasibility, expected costs, duration, technical difficulties, etc.and the final short list of proposals and a recommendation for Management based on the challenge selection criteria.
