D4.3 Advisory Board and Expert report Summary

Separate from the use of external expertand as to be invited within the cluster specific activities like the workshop, an advisory board will be created to advice mid-term the FOCUS consortium on its effectiveness and obtained intermediate result.

A specific summary report from work and reccomendation both from the advisory board and the extarnl experts will be available in the final of the projcet.

The IP policy to be developed does not have the goal to supersede the IP rules already developed around national and/or European initiatives for supporting collaborative R&D, but has the goal to develop new and complementary approaches in IPR, serving the objectives with a focus on rights and obligations for transfer and Take-ups of R&D results to external companies and other relevant organisations.
