In addition, Prof. Hans-Joachim Heintze of RUB is Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of International Humanitarian Action, which is published by Springer. 6.6 NOHA Intensive Programme LecturesEach September NOHA (four of the academic participants are members of NOHA) holds a two-week Intensive Programme for approximately 170 students of NOHA’s MSc in Humanitarian Action. This opportunity will be exploited each year for the duration of the PRUV programme to provide a platform for staff participating in the programme to deliver lectures concerning their research on urban preparedness and resilience to key future humanitarian actors.
