Report on testing of user-centric air traffic efficiency indicators and local targetsThe new metrics will be compared and related to other existing metrics for “operational efficiency†at local level. Each party’s “local performance†impact on the global and other parties’ “local performance†will be modeled, to gain understanding on real “local performance†versus theoretical “local performance†(i.e. the performance a party can achieved only when all the other parties have achieved maximum performance). Typical scenarios will be tested for handover of the flights from one ANSP to another. The interdependencies between the established indicators at local level and correlations with different Key Performance Areas (KPAs) will also be tested.
