The project was to define an MVP and a path to the market for it. This included devising a scale-up plan and a product development plan, financial projections, and the elaboration of a business plan and IP strategy.

The project was to define an MVP and a path to the market for it. This included devising a scale-up plan and a product development plan, financial projections, and the elaboration of a business plan and IP strategy.

Work performed

The path to market was built up including the addition of the concept of \"tribal\" marketing, community building, technical tasks needed to reach the market, and 5-year financial projections.

Final results

There are currently no real-time consumer allergen testing devices or kits operating in the market, making RAD the first mover in Europe, and Allogen intends to be the first to scale their product.
