Establishment of microbial community analysis platforms and data analysis pipelinesIntestines of black tiger shrimp will be collected from in-house hatcheries along with rearing water and shrimp feeds (WP1) at BIOTEC. In effort to identify autochthonous population, microbial community analyses will be analyzed in water and feed samples to determine transient bacterial population through environmental and feed conditions. Pasteur will be co-author of this Deliverable. Programme: H2020-EU.1.3.3. - Topic(s): MSCA-RISE-2016 |
