ATHOR E-learning toolTools and a platform will be provided to the ESRs to communicate and to learn. In the e-learning portal, literature is provided, videos about laboratory work and industrial applications will be available. ESRs have to pass tests/quizzes and can communicate via a forum. This report will review these activities. Programme: H2020-EU.1.3.1. - Topic(s): MSCA-ITN-2017 |

Data management planATHOR dissemination plan, defined early in the project, is updated every six months. Dissemination opportunities, targeted audiences and key messages will be identified and updated regularly. Deliberate links to other similar projects, joint workshops with sister projects and attendance to EU sponsored events related to ATHOR will be included. Materials consisting of posters, brochures and biannual newsletters will be set up by ESRs and disseminated. Data Management Plan will be available on line. Mid-term dissemination and annual presentation and reportThe ESRs will present their work to ATHOR members every 6 months and to the FIRE members every year at the FIRE general annual meeting. They will present reports with the same periodicity for this two audiences. Industrial seminars will be organized for the ESRs and academic members every year, in phase with the FIRE annual meeting. These seminars will be open to FIRE members. All the document will be available on line. Programme: H2020-EU.1.3.1. - Topic(s): MSCA-ITN-2017 |

All ESRs RecruitedAdvertising will start as soon as a start date for the project is known. All vacancies are advertised and are open to all suitable candidates from all countries. The Recruitment and Skill Progress Committee (RSPC) establishes well-defined recruitment criteria to be used by all partners and ensure fairness of selection, in accordance with the Human Resources Strategy for Researchers (HSR4R). This is detailed in section 3.2.4. All ESRs will be recruited for a period of 36 months for a PhD program at one or more Universities. ESRs will be asked to spend 4 months minimum at their host institution before undertaking secondment. This report will review recruitment activities after last ESR arrival.
