Summary

DATA d.o.o. was mostly involved in Work Package 5 - Management and Dissemination; especially the Task 5.4. Development of Communication Strategy. This task develops through deliverable 5.3. Project branding, deliverable 5.4 Project\'s website and deliverable 5.6 Flyer.

Project branding is an essential component and a base requirement for all the communication in the project in terms of internal and external communication of the results while running the project.

Development of Communication Strategy addresses the following objectives:

- development of project identity (including logo, colours, scheme, motive),
- design, implementation and maintenance of project website,
- preparation of dissemination materials (COMPACT\'s poster and leaflet, COMPACT\'s presentation and document template, flyers).

Work performed

D5.3. Project branding

Project branding is one of the fundamental aspects of project identity. It was shared task of NUIG and DATA d.o.o. Due to the time pressure NUIG took on the major work with project branding in the first stage of the project, with strong collaboration with DATA d.o.o., and other partners. Than DATA d.o.o. further developed and update it. We updated COMPACT\'s logo and colours, poster, leaflet, presentation and document templates.

D5.4. Project\'s website

The main goal of the website is to use it as a primary and most important communication and dissemination tool of the COMPACT project. Basic website was established by NUIG. But we, DATA d.o.o., later on updated it,revised and developed the website. We took care of technical development, fixed basic structure, took care of SEO optimisation. We updated content and take over the website for the time being. Main content on the website is divided into categories: Home page,About us, Objectives, Results, News, Events,Contact and Partners.
We are responsible that articles are published on website on time, we sometimes proofread them, add pictures. We take care of plugins on the website regularly.

D5.6. Flyer

We designed four flyer templates for the COMPACT project. The main purpose of the flyers is to use them in different dissemination activities to present goals and findings of the project to the general public and specific stakeholders. We will also use flyers to present project and its findings at conferences of partners and stakeholders as well on our own conferences.
We designed four different flyers: the A4 flyer, the trifold flyer, the ECO edition and the interactive flyer.

- The A4 flyer is basic flyer. It is set up as letter on A4 format. We used developed design solutions as presented in previous deliverables.
- The trifold flyer also uses A4 paper format and design solutions as presented in previous deliverables. It is created to be used folded and offers more space for he findings and project presentation.
- The ECO edition is flyer that uses less colour and it is printed easily, cheaply and rapidly on local printers.
- The interactive – digital flyer. We used the same graphic design features as in the three others, but it is foreseen to be sent via email and other digital channels.

Final results

We believe that we have contributed relevant content. We believe that so far developed documents and website are a very good base to enrich and develop it with the results of the project in the future. Already prepared materials and flyers will be base to present results of the project and invitation to the relevant stateholders, partners and others on seminars.
