Student and EU University outreachIn accordance with the European Commission’s relevant goals and vision, several outreach actions (informative brochures, Information days, collaboration with relevant EC-funded projects and initiatives, dedicated section at the PERSEUS public website etc.) shall be conducted throughout the duration of the project in order to create awareness and introduce students of both genders to aerospace research, as well as enhance student mobility and exchanges across the EU. These actions and mechanisms will be carefully and strategically designed and implemented so as to equally attract both genders to studies leading to aviation careers, thus promote non-discrimination and equal opportunities.
