Strategic communication and dissemination plan

Borg & Co with eceee and BPIE, with input and support from all partners, will develop and execute an external strategic communication and dissemination plan. This plan will define key target audiences and stakeholder groups of focus, including energy auditors/consultants, leading EU industry/buildings stakeholders and businesses (to inform and test the multiple benefits toolkit), relevant trade organisations, energy-efficiency networks and training organisations, etc, as well as the best tools to reach them.

Communication strategies and dissemination approaches will be developed for each target audience and key stakeholder group. These will describe specific audience/stakeholder communication objectives, tailored content to be developed, channels and channel development.

The plan will specify partner roles and responsibilities for execution and for maintaining consistency and high quality communications. It will include a timeline of key actions and be updated during the project lifetime. It will also include the project identity (logo, color schemes) and guidelines, as well as templates for Word documents, PPTs and some website design ideas. The plan will be developed and updated throughout the project to reflect project objectives and priorities, as informed by the stakeholder consultation process (WP7) and other work packages.
