Related to the Key Account Management for beneficiaries of the SME Instrument (KAM) services only two partners proposed targets which are KOU Tecknopark and ULUTEK and since there is no suitable SME Instrument beneficiary could be determined in the region, the consortium could not provide any KAM servies for the project.

The SMEs’ gaps, weak points and bottleneck identified with the IMP³rove diagnostic tool and jointly agreed action plan will be prepared for the innovative SMEs developing their innovation management capacity.
Consortium partners determined that conducting face-to-face meetings would be more productive than on-line communication tools since the companies are in need for being supported for the detection of 4-year financial and innovative datas of their products. It is expected that the number of servicies that will be provided by using the IMP³rove diagnostic tool would be raised in 2018 and further years
