 Project objective

In the ceramic industry, optimization of ceramic body compositions, that is, the selection of raw materials and additives to provide some desired properties, is key to develop successful new products, ensure profitability and reduce environmental impact. However, the traditional process to carry out this optimization, through trial and error, is widely inefficient. The learning process can take two years or more to define optimal body compositions and very often the optimum is never reached. In a context of increasing global competition, long trial and error optimization processes of ceramic body composition is today a great barrier preventing ceramic companies to remain competitive and innovative.

NEOSAWARE is the first software solution applying Artificial Intelligence, computer simulation and mathematical optimization to accelerate by an order of magnitude the learning process which leads to optimal ceramic body compositions. By doing this, NEOSAWARE is capable of performing highly accurate predictions on the behaviour of body compositions on ceramic manufacturing processes and final products. It also enables to identify optimal ceramic body compositions to minimize production costs, ensure quality standards and minimize environmental impacts. NEOSAWARE is aimed to boost profitability of a wide range of players along the value chain of the ceramic industry.

We expect to accelerate our implementation and international growth led by the commercialization of NEOSAWARE. We envision to reach a sales forecast of €19 million after 5 years of sales, with a ROI of € 4.8.

Are you the coordinator (or a participant) of this project? Plaese send me more information about the "NEOSAWARE" project.

For instance: the website url (it has not provided by EU-opendata yet), the logo, a more detailed description of the project (in plain text as a rtf file or a word file), some pictures (as picture files, not embedded into any word file), twitter account, linkedin page, etc.

Send me an  email (fabio@fabiodisconzi.com) and I put them in your project's page as son as possible.

Thanks. And then put a link of this page into your project's website.
