Innovation Management & Quality Report (a)

The first version of the report contains the plans to be followed during the project for ensuring the best possible path to innovation & quality in SPIRIT. The updates in M16 & M36 specify updates and recommendations for raising the quality standards of the project, and an analysis of the innovation process as it has been progressed in the project’s duration.

Requirement Analysis Document (Report) (a)

This deliverable will set out the Requirements (both functional and non-functional requirements), Technical Requirements and their mapping into Use-Cases plus the security-privacy contexts and respective requirements as well as Privacy impact assessment and and privacy risk analysis; these are taken up by the Change Management Process as responsively activated throughout the project.

Management Systems Report (a)

The first report (M12) will first describe on the initial plans and set-up of the necessary management systems for communicating and coordinating actions for the control of performance, and for the accounting of resources used. A second report (M24) will be an evaluation of the efficiency and effectiveness of the management systems already in operation.
