Every interaction with healthcare professionals (HCPs) presents the Life Sciences (LSci) industry with opportunities to deliver and derive value. However, the low level of digital maturity prevalent in the sector means that often these opportunities don’t materialise. The manner in which new treatments are communicated and how feedback regarding these is gathered is a clear example of this problem. Current approaches fail to engage HCPs and to gather data in a systematic manner. With this problem in mind, we developed MedUniverse - a patient case engagement platform that helps the LSci industry communicate with HCPs in an engaging manner which captures relevant quantitative data and delivers reliable results. In the platform, HCPs interact with simulated patient cases, gaining feedback on their responses and viewing how their understanding compares to their peers. The interaction data is then presented in a dashboard for our customers to gain insights into the effectiveness of their medical education and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
